    International Property Finance

    Esteema group has extensive experience in arranging finance and mortgages in countries throughout the EU, the USA and beyond!

    Loans may be secured on your property abroad, without the necessity for a collateral charge on property you own in the UK and are available on residential and commercial properties, as well as for development and investment. You can borrow up to 75%; This, of course, depends on a number of factors, including your circumstances, the type of property/business you are looking to purchase or re-finance and which country it is in.

    Our overseas loans are most commonly in Euros, but are also available in other currencies. e.g. Swiss Francs, US Dollars and Sterling. We will always quote the currency which best serves your needs in the country of your choice.

    Interest rates will reflect the currency in which your loan is made and will usually be in the range of 2% - 3% over the base rate for that currency. Fixed, capped and collared rates are also available.

    what is Bridging Finance?
    Whenever you need to raise money quickly against the value of a property then bridging finance can be the ideal solution. Some of the key benefits or using bridging finance are:
